COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Total Control P752VDK048A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tuthill parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Trans-Power product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the PRSI623C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2CUX61 manufactured by Tuthill and we are pleased to be able to service most Tuthill systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TPVG43 by Manufacturer Trans-Power as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Transducer-Techniques Brand LPO3K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ty such as 03K7703528 equipment made by Ty have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ty products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ty" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NI40CP80FZ3X2B3131 made by Turck as well as the popular TDRO10A original spares produced by Transducers-Direct Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 17150119 by Tr-Electronics and 03K7703528 spares by Ty are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GMTA02028L200H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki. |
